The Details of Our Warranty

Our fully transferable warranties don’t end when you move. In fact, full coverage may be transferred from owner to owner as long as the warranty remains valid. Both parts and labor are included. Let’s go into more depth on the warranty:

• 20-year limited warranty on Fibrex® as well as on glass within window sashes and patio doors.
• 10-year warranty on other parts of the window or door, such as: locks, lifts, balance systems, handles, insect screens, weathering strips, hinges and finishes.
• Insulated glass is guaranteed not to develop problems that obstruct the view, or develop leaks in the organic seal under normal conditions and normal use.
• Fibrex® windows are guaranteed not to flake, blister, rust, peel, crack, pit, corrode, or rot, under normal use for 10 years from the day of installation.
• The glass is guaranteed to be free from defects in the following: manufacturing, materials, and workmanship beginning on the day of installation.
